Mevea and Global Port Equipment start co-operation in port equipment training simulators

AMSTERDAM, May 13, 2026 – Mevea, the leading provider of port equipment training simulators, and Global Port Equipment (GPE), a subsidiary of Forkliftcenter and a global provider of port equipment, cranes, services, and solutions, today announced a strategic co-operation.

Through this co-operation, GPE will offer Mevea’s crane and port equipment simulators, together with associated training solutions, to customers worldwide.

The partnership further strengthens both companies’ ability to support safer, smarter, and more efficient operations within port and terminal environments. By combining Mevea’s advanced physics-based simulator technology with GPE’s extensive equipment expertise and global customer network, the companies aim to deliver added value throughout the entire equipment lifecycle from operator training and skills development to operational readiness and performance optimization.

The Amsterdam facility will also support Mevea’s global logistics activities.

Joint Presence at TOC Europe 2026

Mevea and Forkliftcenter’s subsidiary GPE will both participate at TOC Europe 2026, one of the leading global events for port and terminal professionals. The companies will feature adjacent stands (D50 and D52), offering visitors a unique opportunity to meet both companies and have hands-on experience with Mevea training simulators.
